Picnic & Petals | July 25th 5-8pm

Join us during golden hour on the farm for a picnic in the petals! You'll dine on charcuterie and sip on champagne while listening to live music by local artist Anna Lea.  Stroll the fields at your leisure and pick your own stems for a take home market wrapped bouquet.  This makes the perfect date night or girls night out! Sunset selfies on the farm are welcome but please be aware out of respect for other guests we will not allow photoshoots this night. 

We will be blending nature, creativity and a picturesque landscape to make an unforgettable experience. So bring your good vibes, prepare to connect and enjoy the beautiful views.  Tickets are limited to ensure an intimate, relaxing experience and advanced tickets are required!  

****BYOB is permitted for this event.  Guests who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must be 21 years or older and agree to consume responsibly.  By participating, guests assume all liability related to alcohol consumption and release Valley Flower Farm from any responsibility to incidents resulting from BYOB use.  Waiver must be signed upon admittance to the farm.  Please contact us with any food allergies at least one week prior to the event.  By booking this event you agree to the following:  Client agrees to hold harmless Valley Flower Farm, its agents and employees, against any and all liability, loss or damage it may hereafter sustain, incur or be required to pay by reasons of any personal suffering, personal injury, death or property damage, either while participating in or receiving services being furnished by Valley Flower Farm under this agreement, or in conjunction with such event.   Client agrees to assume complete responsibility for the replacement or repair of articles damaged by ordinary use or taken by those in attendance. 

*The event will go on rain or shine unless there is a thunderstorm in the forecast.  In this case, the event will be rescheduled.  Please provide email and phone number at checkout.  We will update via social media, our website, text or email.  Please follow us and check back for updates!

***Please be aware all ticketed events or sessions are rain or shine, nonrefundable events.  Tickets must be pre-purchased prior to entry and are required for all attendees, no exceptions. No additional guests are approved as part of an individual ticket. Your ticket can, however, be transferred to a friend or family member in your absence.  No-shows on the designated date or time will not be credited or refunded. If booking a photography session, please be on time and respectful of others.  If you are late, you lose that time and will not be allowed to go over as other sessions are following yours. Please do not leave the designated photo area as there is danger in you be unaccompanied elsewhere on the farm.  By proceeding with your booking fee you accept Valley Flower Farm's terms and conditions.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Once the order is placed, a share of our crop is earmarked to fill that order and others are turned down. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accommodate requests to change pickup location or dates.  We do not offer refunds or extra bouquets if you miss your pick up date and time.  Please see terms and conditions at checkout!

Farmshed Pick Up Orders (available May-October)

We currently offer scheduled pickups at the farmshed in Hardin Valley, TN during our growing season May-October. Once delivery date is established, you will receive email confirmation and text. You are welcome to pick up your order at your designated pickup time. Your order will be labeled and available for grab and go! Please adhere to your designated time as this is a working farm and we are not readily available for customer service.  Please see terms and conditions at checkout!
