Terms and Conditions

A la Carte Orders (only available during growing season April-October)

We currently offer scheduled pickups at the farmshed in Hardin Valley, TN during our growing season.  You are welcome to pick up your order at your designated pickup time communicated via email or text.  If you are designating a responsible party to pick up in your absence, please be aware we are not responsible for the care and condition of the flowers once they leave the farm.  Your order will be labeled and available for grab and go at the farmshed. Please come prepared to appropriately transport the flowers so they are not damaged in the process (placing them in an open-bed pickup truck, etc is not advisable).  Please adhere to your designated time as this is a working farm and we are not readily available for customer service. 

We do not offer in-person or telephone consultations for this service. In order to pass on cost savings with these products, we ask that all communication is done via email.  Other communications would incur added consult and administrative fees we are attempting to avoid. 

Color palette requests are welcome but not guaranteed.  These designs are subject to "farmers choice" which means we will do our best to accommodate requests based on what is in seasonally in bloom at event time; however, the farmer has final discretion. We promise you will receive the freshest, most beautiful blooms available, designed thoughtfully with you in mind. 

Refunds & Cancellations 

All orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and inquiry approved by farm staff. Please be aware once the order is placed, a share of our crop is earmarked to fill the order and held from the general public.  Please be mindful that once the order is placed, our time is allotted to fill the order and taken away from other tasks.  For these reasons and the perishable nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on a la carte orders within a two week time period.  We do not offer refunds or extra bouquets if you miss your pick up date and time. We do not offer refunds or replacements if your flowers are damaged once they leave the farm.  We do not offer delivery at this time as we are not staffed to accommodate.
