BUILD YOUR OWN GARDEN PARTY

Looking for the perfect activity for your next event? We've got you covered! Think garden party, bridal or baby shower, corporate teambuilding, birthday party or girls night out! We provide the perfect setup to get the party started.

Our base package is $200 and includes:

  • Outdoor Farm Rental
  • 3 hour event block (including 30 minutes for set up and 30 for cleanup)
  • 3 picnic tables and umbrellas
  • snack shack access for food service and refrigeration
  • blue tooth speaker
  • welcome sign

Add ons include:

  • Flower Bar Set up $200: enough stems to create market style bouquets for approximately 20 people. The display will be stocked with a minimum six varieties of the freshest seasonal blooms in the field plus foliage and greenery to make your bouquet complete.  We provide a display chalkboard tailored specifically for the event with simple instructions for your guests, floral snips for creating their masterpiece, flower food for each bouquet and a market style bouquet sleeve for take home! There is no access to the you-pick field in this package.

  • You-Pick Experience: $12/person with small mason jar or $20/person with vase. This gives you full access to the you-pick field and as many stems as your vessel will allow. We provide a display chalkboard tailored specifically for the event with simple instructions for your guests, floral snips for creating their masterpiece, flower food for each bouquet and a vessel for take home!

  • Photography Package $150: 20 minute session with a minimum of 15 digital images. Have your special moments captured so you can relax and enjoy the event! We have a list of preferred photographers we will contact and schedule on your behalf. Please be advised this is contingent on photographer scheduling.

  • Flower Arranging with the Farmer $100: one hour of farm staff assistance with bouquet design.

  • Champagne and Charcuterie: $25/person and will include individual charcuterie boxes, champagne flute and champagne for each guest. Will also provide water for an alternative drink option, flatwear and napkins.

*All events are rain or shine unless thunderstorms are in the forecast. Refunds will not be issued, however rescheduling is possible prior to one week from event date.  

*Please note package upgrades are not available one week prior to the event.  

*All events must conclude by sunset

*No pets are allowed on site 

*Valley Flower Farm cannot accommodate over 20 total guests at this time.
