- Please be aware a la carte options are available during growing season (April to October). There will be no consultation for this service. In order to pass on cost savings with these products, we ask that all communication is done via email. We are a working farm and not readily available for in-person or over the phone consultation that would require added fees and admin costs. Agreement to terms of service is non-negotiable.
- We use the freshest blooms in season for every event. These designs are "farmers choice" which means color palettes can be requested but are never guaranteed. We will do our best to match based on what is growing in the field at event time. Please add color palette requests in the notes section. If your colors are not available, a neutral palette will be substituted.
- All orders must be placed a MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE and approved by farm staff. Please be aware once the order is placed, blooms are earmarked for your order in the field and are held from the general public. For this reason, all orders are non-refundable after checkout. If for some reason your order is not approved by staff you will be refunded and notified via email.
- We do not deliver for this service. On the farm pickup will be located at the Farmshed unless otherwise communicated via email. Your flowers will be ready to go and labeled. Please make accommodations for transport in your vehicle (a cardboard box, etc). We are not responsible for flowers once they leave the farm property. Please see full terms and conditions.
